FORMATS!

We proofread all formats——Word, PDF, HTML, and pretty much any other text file. Our proofreading most takes advantage of Word’s super-secret Track Changes feature, which (you guessed it) tracks changes as we make them. You, the end user, can not only see these changes——you can accept or reject them. See this example.

RATES!

Our rates are very competitive. Since texts vary greatly, We do need to see a portion of your work to estimate how much time is required. From there, we generally calculate a per-page fee. HOW WE WORK

1. Free Estimate – Send us your documents via e-mail, and we will return you a proposed work order detailing:

A) Outline of services to be provided .
B) Approximate time for completion of proof reading & editing.
C) Total fee Initiation of Proof reading &editing Services

2. Submit a 35% payment. Upon your acceptance of the proposed work order, we will begin proof reading & editing immediately.
To initiate the service, simply submit a 35% payment.

3. 35% of the completed work. Upon completion of 35% of the project, we will submit to you 35% of the completed work.

4. The remainder of the work. To initiate the remainder of the proofreading work, simply submit the remaining 65% payment. Upon completion of the entire proof reading and editing services,we will submit to you all work in its entirety.
