Usually we find that students who have 1 or 2 years of English or who are of pre-intermediate level or above should benefit greatly from our service. Virtual English Teacher uses PayPal that encrypts your personal card details for all web transactions, so you can give you card details in confidence. Yes. If you don’t have a credit card, or if you don’t like using your card details over the internet, you can pay for lessons by MoneyGram or Western Union . Please email us at admin@virtualenglishteacher.com and we will send you instructions on how to pay. No – you can take your lessons when you want. All we ask is that you complete your block of lessons within 6 months of signing up. Which is easy if you are keen on improving your English! Yes, please email me for special group rates. Booking lessons…To book your lessons simply visit our calendar by clicking here. On the timetable you will see the teachers and the different times that they are available. You can book each lesson individually or you can book a series of lessons. You can book a lesson with a teacher at the same time every day if you want to (providing they are available, of course!) You can start you lessons as soon as your payment has been made. All you need to do is book you lessons by clicking here. Just send us an email to admin@virtualenglishteacher.com at least 8 hours before your lesson begins and we will re-credit your lesson. Unfortunately lessons cancelled within 8 hours are counted and cannot be re-credited. If you decide that Virtual English Teacher is not for you, simply send us an email within 7 days of your lesson purchase. We will cancel your lessons and issue a refund for the remaining lessons. How do you phone me? Are there any extra phone charges? If you have Skype we can call you anywhere in the world for free. You will need to have a broadband internet connection and a computer. To find out how easy it is, just click here: http://www.skype.com/helloagain.html. All you need is the free Skype software and a phone or headset and you can talk for free. And not just to us – but to anyone else with Skype, anywhere in the world! Yes.
